The Brooks Cascadia 16 offer grip, comfort and a host of features to make trail running easier and more enjoyable.
A Ballistic Rock Shield protection plate prevents small stones and rocks from creating discomfort underfoot whilst the gusseted tongue stops any pebbles or grit from entering the shoe. Further protection can be added in the form of a gaiter (sold separately), that attaches securely to the heel tab to hold it in place and there is also a small tab on the front to tuck the laces into so that they don’t get pulled undone by trailside vegetation.

RunningShoes understand that sometimes you'll need to return items to us and we've made this easy, fast and simple.
We hope that you love your purchase, however if it doesn’t fit, you’ve had a change of heart, if it’s faulty or perhaps you just aren’t feeling it; do not worry, we believe returns should be part of the normal process of simple e-commerce.
We'll exchange or refund all items which:

Are returned to us within 28 days of receipt.

Are returned to us in perfect condition, in their original packaging and with the labels attached.

For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of any item that has been worn, in particular underwear and socks.
Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the above conditions.
We generally recommend that you order your Brooks running shoes 1/2 size to one size larger than normal dress shoes. For women's footwear, "B" is the default/normal width. For men's footwear, "D" is the default/normal width. Some of our competition shoes are only available in men's sizes. For those shoes we suggest ordering 1.5 sizes smaller than your usual size. Whenever possible, it is best to visit your local running and walking footwear store for a proper fitting and guidance to help you find just right Brooks shoe for your foot and gait.
